SilverMoonArts sells and ships only to addresses in the continental United States at this time.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee if selected at checkout) to the address you enter when placing your order. An email notification with tracking information will be provided once an order is shipped.
We package and ship in stock items within 1 business day of receiving your order. In the event there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email asap.
Custom orders generally take an additional 3-5 days production time, but again, we will communicate the estimated shipping date via email.
Please be sure to double-check the address/zip code to ensure we have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues or an incorrect address being submitted.

Return Policy – Updated 7/1/22
We do not accept returns or issue refunds as a general store policy. We cannot process exchanges at this time. Please be sure to read the product description, review the photos and feel free to reach out with questions prior to ordering.
Please contact us if you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos regarding size, color, materials and condition for each item.
Note that handmade items may vary slightly from the online image, as they are made with natural materials and/or custom made when you order.

We can only accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds if there is a problem with the item itself within 14-days of purchase.
If you should encounter such a problem, please contact us via email within 14-days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue, photo of the item and let us know if you’re requesting a return/refund or return/exchange. We will get back to you within 1 business day via email with a Return Authorization Code and instructions. Please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original packaging.
Please Note: We don't accept returns or refunds/credit due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or shipping delays that are out of our hands. We also cannot accept returns of personal items such as earrings or custom orders. We appreciate your understanding.
